ABOUT CHARLIE

Sydney-based vocalist and musician Charlie Chech is a lover of jazz and crooning, honouring the likes of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Bobby Darin, Tony Bennett, Nat King Cole, Elvis, Ella Fitzgerald, combined with the modern-day crooners in Michael Bublé and more.

Charlie has held several sold-out shows at a variety of prestigious venues, including at The Brisbane Jazz Club, Cardea at Barangaroo, Lazybones, Foundry 616 and Claire’s Kitchen.

 

In 2024, Charlie is staging his first major tour, headlining shows at Cardea, Hornsby RSL Club and Dee Why RSL Club. For all shows, visit the Events tab.

Charlie is Australia's Best Male Vocal Performer, awarded at this year's coveted ACE Awards. He's one of the youngest vocalists to hold the prestigious title.

Charlie has featured on Studio 10; Top 50 Australian Idol; Today Show; 7.30 Report; Sunrise; and  2GB’s Ben Fordham Program.  He is also regularly booked for weddings, parties and events.

 

In February 2020, Charlie had the pleasure of singing with International Grammy Award winner and music sensation Michael Bublé during his Australian tour.
